PDF exports are available in DMIx MatchBox to export content

Job Overview

• Export at Job Level: Job-specific
• Purpose: Provides details specific to a single job.
• How to Export: Use the Download button located under the job status to export the PDF.

The Job Overview PDF captures all details related to a specific job, including:

• Principals and Contractors involved in the process.
• List of Requirements and Quality Gates associated with the job.
• Labdip Submissions with measurements and Delta E analysis.
• Comments and Chats exchanged between the Principal and Contractor.

This export provides a comprehensive view of all relevant information associated with a single job.

Order Overview

• Export at Order Level: Order-specific
• Purpose: Provides a summary of all jobs associated with a single order.
• How to Export: Use the Download button located under the active job status to export the PDF.

This export includes a consolidated view of the entire order and its related jobs.

The Order Overview PDF captures all details related to a specific order, including:

• Principals and Contractors involved in the process.
• List of Requirements and Quality Gates for the order.
• All Requested Labdips with swatches for each color standard.

This export provides a comprehensive summary of all relevant information for a specific order and its associated jobs.

Order History

• Export Level: MatchBox-wide
• Purpose: Exports a comprehensive record of all orders in the database.
• Content: Includes all Order Overview PDFs from every order.

This export provides a complete paper history of all orders.

The Order History is a legacy export with limited use cases.

It Consumes a large amount of paper when printed.

For comprehensive tracking and analysis, we recommend using the Excel exports, which are more efficient and easier to manage.
