The Export button is located under the MatchBox title.
Order Overview
This is a daily report designed to help you track the status of your requests. It includes all the essential information you need to monitor or execute tasks at a glance.
Since it’s in Excel format, you can easily filter or customize the data to fit your specific needs.
Order Report
The is accessible only to users within the company who have Principal rights. This report includes all the details from the Order Overview, along with raw data for in-depth analytics. It enables you to evaluate the performance of your internal team and suppliers by tracking:
- Right the first time approvals
- Process time for each round
- Total process time from request to approval
- Delta E values
- Quadrant accuracy and more.
These insights help optimize workflows and identify improvement areas.
