To manually create a new order with its associated jobs, go to the "+ Order" tab.
You will be asked to fill out different sections to enter all details constituting your order/jobs
General Information:
name, material reference number, description, labdip type (always choose solid), associated filters tags
Principal names
Enter the usernames of the individuals or user groups who will have the right to comment on or approve this request.
These users must already be created by the Company Admin in the Company Settings and assigned the "Sourcing_Principal" function.
Contractor names
Enter the usernames of the individuals or user groups who will have the right to submit labdips for this request.
These users must already be created by the Company Admin in the Company Settings and assigned the "Sourcing_Contractor" function.
Add Jobs To Your Order
The spectral value (QTX) of the color standard must be uploaded to DMIx beforehand.
Select the color standard from any collection you have access to, or from your basket selection.
One job will be created for each color standard selected.
So in the below example, the order will have 3 associated jobs.
Quality Criteria
Choose the Matchbox profile that includes all the quality gates the lab dip must meet for approval. This profile must be pre-created by the Company Admin in the Company Settings.
