Collection Filter

The Collection Filter allows users to perform a refined search by selecting specific companies, folders and collections, and/or content types. This feature helps narrow down search results effectively by applying targeted filters.

How to Use the Collection Filter

1. Searching in Specific Companies, Folders and Collections

• Users can choose to filter results within a specific company or further refine the search by selecting one specific collection within that company.
• This allows for a more focused search, ensuring that only relevant results from the selected company, folder or collection appear.

2. Selecting Specific Content Types

• Users can narrow down search results by selecting one or multiple content types, such as:
  • Products
  • Colors
  • Materials
  • 3D Models
  • Creations
  • Compositions
  • Moodboards
  • Issues
  • PAX Data
  • Only My Content
  • Only My Company
  • Only My Favorites
  • Homeless (Uncategorized)
• Selecting a content type ensures that only results matching that specific category are displayed.

3. Combining Filters

• Users can apply the company/collection filter and the content type selection individually or together to refine their search.
• Both filters can also be combined with the search bar for even more precise results.
