Download: DMIx Application

Once you receive your User ID and initial password from the ColorDigital team, you can download the DMIx Application. Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your DMIx account via browser.  DMIx Browser Log in 
2. In the left-hand menu, click My Account.
3. Select Downloads.
4. Download and install the DMIx App.
5. If you're using Windows, download and install the VC Redistributable Packages to ensure proper functionality.

The main difference between the app and the browser is that the browser does not support all of our tools. For features like MatchBox, BulkControl, and CoopR, the browser is sufficient. However, to access advanced tools such as MeaSure and 3DMagic, users will need to download the app.

Update the App Version

The DMIx App is continuously improved to enhance performance, security, and user experience. Updates introduce new features and optimizations, ensuring the best possible workflow. We announce updates through our newsletter or news blog, keeping users informed about the latest changes. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, we strongly recommend always using the latest app version.

1. Log in your DMIx account via the App.

2. In the left-hand menu, click My Account.

3. Select Downloads.

4. Download and install the latest DMIx App version.
