Settings: Screensize Correction

To see the display in the correct scale in the 2D viewer, it’s mandatory to set up Screen Size Correction based on your monitor’s DPI. This setting ensures the application displays properly across different monitors with varying resolutions.

To set up Screen Size Correction, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your DMIx account.
2. Click on My Account.
3. Go to Settings.
4. In the Settings section, you will find a video guide that shows you how to adjust your screen size for the correct display in the 2D viewer.
