Settings: Notifications

Notifications are alerts or messages that inform you about updates, actions, or important information within the DMIx Company Account. Notifications help you to stay updated without having to constantly check the app manually.

In the DMIx Application, you can set notifications for the following features:

• Updates when changes are made to a Collection (e.g., an object is uploaded to a Collection)
• Notifications from the MatchBox Tool (e.g., all updates or only when a Job or an Order is created by choosing the MatchBox Notification Type)

Follow these steps to stay informed with DMIx notifications:

1. Log in to your DMix account.
2. Go to My Account and select Settings.
3. In the notifications section:

• Check the box to receive email notifications when collections you have access to are updated.
• Check the box to receive email notifications from Matchbox.

If you prefer not to receive email notifications, you can always follow updates directly in your account by clicking on the notification bell in the top right. There, you’ll find an overview of all important updates.
