User Function

User functions are tools and features that control what each user can do on the DMIx Company Account. They decide the level of access a user has to certain tools and functions.

These functions are assigned by the Company Admin to individual company user based on the modules the brand or supplier has booked.

Not every user has access to all functions. Each user is only given the functions they need for their work in the DMIx Cloud.

Module	Activated Function (Cloud)	Description
Basics (MoodBoard, ReColor, MeaSure)	LAB_EXPORT	Enables user to export colors with LAB-Values (ase, csv, etc.).
	FOLDER_CREATE	Enables user to create folders in the DMIx Company.
	BLOG_EDIT	User can create blog articles on the landing page of DMIx Company.
	MOODBOARD	Grants access to the MoodBoard Tool
	SUPPRESS_PERMISSION_DIALOG	The user is prevented from configuring any rights on objects, collections, or folders.
	QTX_EXPORT	Enables user to export spectral colors (if they are not restricted by the owner of the color).
	MEASURE	Grants access to the MeaSure Tool
	CREATE_USER	Enables regular user to create users in the DMIx Company. Normally, only a Company Admin can create users.
	BLOCK_ATTACHMENT	Users with this function are prevented from seeing attachments belonging to an object.
	RECOLOR	Enables user to Batch recolor functionality

MatchBox & BulkControl	SOURCING_CONTRACTOR	Enables user access to Matchbox, and work on Jobs and Orders as a Contractor/Supplier.
	SOURCING_PRINCIPAL	Enables user access to Matchbox, and work on Jobs and Orders as a Principal/Brand.
	BULK_PRODUCTION	Enables user access to Bulk Tool with the same role as MatchBox, meaning either Contractor or Principal
CoopR	COOPR_PRINCIPAL	Enables user to access to CoopR Tool to work on CoopR Jobs as a Principal/Brand.
	COOPR_CONTRACTOR	Enables user access to CoopR Tool to work on CoopR Jobs as a Contractor/Supplier.
3D Modules (3D Library, 3D Magic, Showcase)	TEXTURE_EXPORT	Enables users to export objects with all needed maps. (if the object’s owner has not restricted download).
	3DMAGIC	Grants access to the 3D Magic Tool.
	SHOWCASE	Grants access to the ShowCase Tool.
	3D_UPLOAD	User can upload 3D assets into a collection.
	3D_VIEWER	Functionality that users can view 3D assets and 2D textures.
3D Studio (including Render Server)	PHOTOSTUDIO	Grants access to the 3D Studio Tool.
	MANAGING_3D_STUDIO_ASSETS	Enables user to manage 3D Studio assets such as Avatars.
PaX	PAX	Enables user to see PaX master data of objects in DMIx Customer Cloud.
