Set up email notifications for Bulk Control jobs

Email notification can be set up for Bulk Jobs.

Available notifications are for the following dyelot status changes:

• Commercial approval request. When contractor requests a commercial approval for the dyelot (changes the status of the dyelot to Commercial Approval Requested) the principal receives an email notification.

• Sample requested notification. When principal requests dyelot sample from contractor (changes the status of the dyelot to Sample Requested). The contractor user receives an email notification.

• When Principal rejects a dyelot. When principal rejects a dyelot from contractor (changes the status of the dyelot to Rejected). The contractor user receives an email notification.

Please note that Bulk Control notifications are separate from Matchbox notifications and can be enabled by administrator under user account settings or by any user under their own user setting options.
