The "Copy & Duplicate" action creates an exact duplicate of an object in another collection. The duplicate object receives a new unique identifier (UUID) and can be modified independently from the original.
Steps to Copy & Duplicate an Item:
Navigate to the collection where the item is currently stored.
Select the item you want to duplicate.
Click the three-dot menu and click Copy & Duplicate.
In the prompt that appears, choose the destination collection for the duplicate.
Confirm your selection by clicking OK.
The item will then be duplicated into the chosen collection.
