When creating a CoopR Job, users can select from different Job Types based on the specific workflow requirements. The Job Type determines the structured process a job will follow, including approval steps and required checkpoints.
Available Job Types:
Users can choose from the following job types:
- Standard
- Yarn Dye
- Embroidery
Workflow & Approval Process:
Each Job Type has its own workflow, which includes a set of check boxes that represent key approval steps. These check boxes ensure that all necessary criteria are met before a job can be moved forward.
For example, in a Yarn Dye job, the required approval steps may include:
- Yarn Size
- Pattern/Repeat
- Finishing/Handfeel
- Color
Only when all check boxes for a specific job type are ticked (indicating approval from relevant stakeholders), can the job status be promoted to "Approved."
This structured approach ensures consistency and quality control across different CoopR workflows.
