You can create a CoopR Job in two ways:
- Click the Create CoopR Job button in your Objects in the collections.
- Open the CoopR tool and click the + (Create CoopR Job) button.
A user has the option to create multiple jobs for multiple contractors at the same time.
Mandatory fields for Creating a CoopR Job
When creating a CoopR Job, the Principal needs to fill in the following fields:
Team Principal
The Principal (brand) initiates the job by setting a a co-development requests, which will include a digital Material, Artwork, Image or PDF. To become a CoopR Principal, the user must be assigned the COOPR_PRINCIPAL user function.
Team Contractor
The Contractor (supplier) uploads the digital files and information, and changes requerided. To become a CoopR Contractor, the user must be assigned the COOPR_CONTRACTOR user function.
Deadline
Set a deadline for completing the job.
Job Type
Choose the Job type that best fits the development, such as Standard, Print, Yarn Dye, or Embroidery.
Status
Select the Job status:
- Requested – The Contractor can start working. This is the default status, unless chosen otherwise.
- On Hold – Additional details are needed before the job can proceed.
Upload Material
The Principal uploads the materials or designs for the job. For the upload the user can chose from a list of different file formats.
CoopR Name
Give the CoopR Job a unique name.
CoopR Description
Add a brief description of the job.
After completing all required fields, click Create CoopR to start the job.
