Deleting Objects
Only users who are the owner (creator) of an object or those with “read & write” (edit) permissions can delete objects. When an object is deleted, it is removed from the collection and from all other collections where it was used.
Trash
When deleted, the object is moved to the trash and remains accessible for a minimum of 5 days. From the trash, users can select and restore the object, returning it to the collection from which it was deleted.
Permanent Deletion
Once the object is deleted from the trash, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
