User Account Management
User management in DMIx allows companies to control and assign functions to different users within their account, ensuring efficient and secure access to the platform’s tools and data. It provides flexibility in setting permissions based on user functions, allowing internal team members and external collaborators like suppliers to perform specific tasks. This includes the ability to create and manage ViewOnlyUsers, who are limited to specific read-only functions. Only the DMIx Company Account Administrator or a user with the function “CREATE_USER” has the authority to manage users, including creating, modifying, and assigning functions, ensuring a structured and secure environment for collaboration.
