When Should You Clear Cache and Cookies?
We recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you experience any of the following:
Slow or unresponsive performance
Buttons or functions not reacting as expected
Unexpected errors or display issues

How to Clear Cache and Cookies in DMIX
Open the DMIX app.
Click Edit in the top-left corner of the app window.
Select Clear Cache and Cookies from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the action if prompted.
Restart the app and check if the issue is resolved.
