MatchBox Profile

In this section of the Company Settings, you can configure the tolerances or quality gates for color approval, applicable to both MatchBox and BulkProduction.

By clicking "Add," you can create a new Profile. You can set up as many profiles as needed to suit your business requirements, whether for different products (e.g., knits, woven, leather, plastics), dyeing methods (e.g., piece dye, pad dye), or color families (e.g., neutrals, low brightness, medium brightness, high brightness).

If you only use MatchBox, you only need to set up the quality gates for Labdips.

If you also use BulkControl, you will need to configure the quality gates for Bulk Production Green and Yellow approvals as well. Any results outside the Yellow approval range will automatically fall into the Red category.

The profile is composed of 4 different categories

• General settings

• Colors

• Whites

• Colorfastness

input the relevant thresholds for each parameter.

If a parameter is set to 0.0, it will be ignored.

Don’t forget to save your changes using the save button at the bottom of the section
