Speed Test

If you are experiencing slow performance in DMIx, you can check your cloud speed by following these steps. This test will help us determine if the problem is with the cloud or something else.

1. Log in to DMIx.
2. Go to My Account > Settings.
3. Select Speed Test, then click Start

The ideal minimum speed may vary based on how you are using the software. However, here are some general recommendations:

• Download speed: At least 10 Mbps
• Upload speed: At least 5 Mbps
• Latency (Ping): Less than 100 ms
