As a Company Admin or user with the “Create_User” function, you have the ability to delete user groups.
Steps to Delete a User Group:
- Navigate to User Management and select User Groups.
- Select the user group you want to delete.
- Click the red delete icon next to the group.
- Confirm your deletion.
- Click Delete.
Important Consideration When Deleting User Groups:
Please note that when a user group is deleted, all permissions associated with that group for Folders, Collections, or Objects will also be permanently removed. This means any access rights granted to users through that group will no longer apply.
Ensure you review and reassign necessary permissions before deleting a group to avoid any disruption in access.
