Typically, Company Admins can build a folder structure according to their specific needs. Additionally, users with the “FOLDER_CREATE” permission can also create folders.
Please navigate to Collections and Brands, if applicable, then follow these steps to create a folder:
- Click the red plus icon (+) on your dashboard.
- A dialog box will appear.
- In the "Type" dropdown menu, select "Folder".
- Enter a name for the folder.
- Press “Save”

Once created, the folder can be filled with other folders (subfolders) or collections. To improve the visual experience and make navigation easier, you can upload a folder image. Please refer to chapter Folder Logo
Recommendation for Complex Folder Structures
If you're building a more complex folder structure, we recommend using the List View:
- Switch to the List View in the menu for better navigation.
- You can navigate through the structure using the triangles on the left side.
- To create a new folder at any level, click the "+" icon on the right side.
- Follow the steps outlined above to name and create the folder.
- Use drag & drop in List View to easily rearrange your folder structure.
This method will help you manage even large or intricate folder hierarchies efficiently.
