Connecting from Asia

DMIx offers users the option to connect through servers in China or Singapore to improve speed and performance for those in these regions. Using these servers will make your experience faster and more efficient.

How to access China server:

1. Open the DMIx App.

2. In the top left corner, click File > Preferences.

3. Under the Settings section, select China as your region.

4. Click Save & Restart.

For browser access: DMIx China Login (https://auth.dmixcloud.cn)

Using the Singapore Server (For Asia-based Users Outside China)

If you're in another part of Asia and want better performance, you can switch to our Singapore server. Follow these steps:

1. Open the DMIx App.

2. In the top left corner, click File > Preferences.

3. Add the following settings:  URL Prefix: 

   apac

      Tool Prefix: 

   tools-apac

4. Click Save & Restart.

For browser access: https://apac.dmix.cloud

Once set, you won’t need to change these settings again.
